It's official. The French retailer has chosen to move to Luxembourg, within the Royal-Hamilius complex. Thierry Behiels, CEO of CODIC, confirmed the news today at a press conference in the presence of the heir family of Galeries Lafayette.
After Delhaize and FNAC, Galeries Lafayette completes the retail offer of Royal-Hamilius in the best possible way. The top floors of the Royal-Hamilius shopping center will house an impressive sky restaurant and a hanging garden. The commercial cells located at the foot of the residences will host high-end boutiques. Access to the complex will be easy thanks to the 600 parking spaces and the nearby tramway.
All these elements combined will offer Royal-Hamilius residents an exceptional daily life, and they will be only a few privileged to benefit from it, as the residential part of the project offers only 73 high-standing apartments. From the 36m2 studio to the 257m2 duplex-penthouse, all the apartments will be arranged in atmospheres proposed by the interior architect NJOY. High ceilings, noble materials, and large openings that let in light are all assets that guarantee the success of the Royal-Hamilius program. And this has been proven: in just a few months of marketing these apartments, entrusted semi-exclusively to Unicorn, 40% have been reserved.
