The INFINITY complex is divided into three entities: LIVE. SHOP. WORK, will host the Allen & Overy law firm within INFINITY WORKING. Indeed, this international law firm has announced that it has chosen to move in by 2020. Its offices and 150 employees (including 90 lawyers) will be located there. The firm will rent the entire office space of the project, i.e. 6,800 m2, and plans to offer certain areas for rent to other companies.
"Allen & Overy's decision to move into this exceptional building at the gateway to Europe will give us the opportunity to participate in the creation and development of one of the most modern buildings in the Grand Duchy," says Henri Wagner, Managing Partner of Allen & Overy Luxembourg.
The 23 shops and restaurants that will make up INFINITY SHOPPPING are not yet known, except for Delhaize, which has already announced its arrival. "The shopping offer will be broken down into 23 points of sale in the following sectors: health and beauty, restaurants and bars, services, home, leisure, culture and finally fashion and accessories," says Olivier Bastin, CEO of IMMOBEL Luxembourg.
