The Unicorn team was present from 14 to 22 October 2017 at the Home and Living fair in Luxembourg to present the projects of the developer Capelli. In addition to the few apartments still available in the CAPELLI TOWERS in Belval and in the HELENA residence in Strassen, visitors were able to learn about the new programs offering houses: LES VILLAS DE EHNEN located on the banks of the Moselle and ARBOR & SENS in Bettange-sur-Mess.
The fair was also the stage for the launch of the DOMAINE VUM BIEBEREGER HAFF development in Bettborn. This project, which will be delivered in early 2020, offers 15 houses and 7 apartments with an excellent price-quality ratio.
Finally, the Capelli group has also unveiled a project to rehabilitate a building in Limpertsberg which will offer 4 apartments of 1 to 2 rooms of very high standing. It is the firm A3 architecture and in particular Gauthier Destenay who worked on this ambitious project, it was therefore normal that he passed on the stand accompanied by his husband Xavier Bettel.
