After FNAC and Delhaize, Galeries Lafayettes has just opened in the Royal-Hamilius project. This is an event for the French group, which is establishing itself for the first time on the territory of the Grand Duchy by offering its customers 6 floors, entirely dedicated to fashion, home and beauty.
A new space will also be present to highlight its partnership with the luxurious Luxembourgish brand SMETS. A "unique place, designed for Luxembourg, with an assortment to meet the needs of local customers," according to Nicolas Houzé, General Manager of Galeries Lafayette.
Little by little, several major brand names will be established within this sumptuous Royal-Hamilius complex, and these 16 stores will offer residents a pleasant and practical lifestyle.
Located in the heart of the city center, between the Boulevard Royal and the Place de la Poste, the Royal-Hamilius concept is one of the flagship projects in Luxembourg on the most commercial axis of Luxembourg, the Grand Rue.
The rooftop of this sublime concept will welcome during the first quarter of 2020, the Victorine concept as well as the famous Manko Paris restaurant - the result of the association between Gaston Acurio, the singer Garou and Moma Group - which will offer the finest Peruvian cuisine.
The apartments will be delivered in the first half of 2020, with a few units still available for purchase. Do not hesitate to contact us at 26 54 17 17 for an agency presentation.
